We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary (John 1:1, Luke 1:35). He lived a sinless life, died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for our sins, and rose bodily from the grave, defeating sin and death (2 Corinthians 5:21, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Jesus is the only way to salvation, and through faith in Him, we are reconciled to God (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). He now reigns at the right hand of the Father and will one day return in power and glory to judge the living and the dead and establish His eternal kingdom (Philippians 2:9-11, Revelation 22:12-13).

We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God, revealing His truth and will for all humanity (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21). It is the supreme authority in all matters of faith and life, perfect and sufficient for teaching, correction, and training in righteousness. The Scriptures are God’s revelation, pointing us to salvation through Jesus Christ and equipping believers for every good work (Psalm 19:7-9, Hebrews 4:12).

We believe that mankind was created in the image of God, uniquely designed to glorify Him and live in fellowship with Him (Genesis 1:26-27, Isaiah 43:7). God created humanity as male and female, assigning each person their gender at birth as a reflection of His divine plan (Genesis 1:27, Matthew 19:4). Marriage is a covenant between one man and one woman, established by God to display His love and faithfulness (Ephesians 5:31-32). Through Adam’s sin, all humanity fell into rebellion against God, inheriting a sinful nature and guilt that corrupts every aspect of our being (Romans 5:12, Psalm 51:5). Apart from God’s sovereign grace, we are utterly unable to reconcile ourselves to Him. Yet, through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, we are redeemed, restored, and adopted into God’s family, called to live in holiness and reflect His truth (Ephesians 2:1-5, Galatians 3:26-28).

We believe that salvation is a work of God’s sovereign grace, accomplished through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9, Titus 3:5-6). By nature, all people are spiritually dead and incapable of saving themselves (Romans 3:10-12, Ephesians 2:1). In His mercy, God chose to redeem a people for Himself, granting them repentance and faith through the power of the Holy Spirit (John 6:37-39, Acts 11:18). Through faith in Christ alone, we are justified, adopted into God’s family, and made new creations in Him (Romans 5:1, 2 Corinthians 5:17). Salvation is a gift from God, to the praise of His glorious grace, and leads to eternal life with Him (John 3:16, Ephesians 1:6-7).

We believe that sin entered the world through Adam’s rebellion, resulting in the fall of humanity and the corruption of all creation (Genesis 3:6-7, Romans 5:12). All people inherit a sinful nature, are spiritually dead, and are separated from God, utterly unable to seek or please Him apart from His grace (Ephesians 2:1-3, Romans 3:10-12). Sin affects every aspect of human life, distorting our desires, thoughts, and actions, and bringing God’s just judgment upon us (Jeremiah 17:9, Romans 6:23). Yet, in His mercy, God provided salvation through Jesus Christ, whose perfect life, sacrificial death, and resurrection defeated the power of sin and death (1 Peter 2:24, 1 Corinthians 15:21-22). Through repentance and faith in Him, we are forgiven, made new, and empowered to live in holiness to the glory of God (2 Corinthians 5:17, Romans 8:1-2).

We believe that the church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers, called to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, and make disciples of all nations (Ephesians 1:22-23, Matthew 28:19-20). The local church gathers to glorify God through teaching, fellowship, prayer, and service (Acts 2:42, Hebrews 10:24-25). Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we are united in Christ and sent into the world to share His love and truth for the glory of God (John 17:21, 1 Corinthians 12:12-14).

We affirm that Christ established two ordinances for His church: baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Baptism is a public testimony of faith, symbolizing the believer’s union with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection (Romans 6:3-4). It is an act of obedience, proclaiming the gospel’s transformative power. The Lord’s Supper is a sacred memorial of Christ’s sacrifice, a means of spiritual nourishment by faith, and a hopeful anticipation of His return (1 Corinthians 11:23-26). In this ordinance, believers experience communion with Christ and one another as His body.
